Medical Assistant for Urgent Care

Job Description

Job Summary: A certified healthcare provider is responsible for direct and/or indirect patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals. The medical assistant supports healthcare delivery in ambulatory settings and participates in a team-based care approach, adhering to state guidelines and quality improvement processes.

Education: High School diploma/equivalent required.

Experience: Previous medical assistant experience and phlebotomy skills preferred.

Requirements: BLS certification required prior to starting and must be maintained.

Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, starting pay from $16.34 per hour.
