Job Description

Position Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides routine nursing care under the direction of nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications:

• Must be a certified nursing assistant.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must possess patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition.

General Duties:

• Prepare and transport residents for various activities.
• Respond promptly to residents’ call lights.
• Assist with hygiene and bathing as assigned.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Document required information each shift.
• Maintain a professional image and protect resident rights.
