Position: LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities:

The LPN provides high-quality direct care under RN supervision, participates in care plan development, collects health data, and monitors unlicensed staff. The role focuses on supporting tenants’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an approved nursing education program
• Current Minnesota LPN license
• CPR and emergency care certification
