The Staff Physician is a key member of the medical provider team, delivering comprehensive medical services to patients.
Qualifications include a degree in Medicine or Osteopathy from an accredited institution, a current state license, and CPR certification within three months of employment. Preferred experience and residency in the service area are also required. Duties encompass:
Prescribing treatments and medications to prevent or treat illnesses. Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as needed. Maintaining detailed patient records. Advising on health and wellness. Coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
