BCBA Clinical Manager

Job Description

The BCBA Clinical Manager is a leadership position focused on strategic planning, oversight, and development of employees and systems to drive company success. Responsibilities include:

• Attending monthly meetings with department managers for collaboration.
• Working with the COO and HR Director to implement policies.
• Mentoring and managing BCBAs and RBTs while handling a client caseload.
• Conducting audits of therapy notes, BCBA productivity, and client status.
• Updating clinical manuals and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Communicating effectively with families and staff to provide a supportive environment.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis and certification as a behavior analyst. The role offers a salary of $85,000 – $95,000, with benefits and a hybrid work schedule.
