Registered Nurse – Step Down ICU – Nights

Job Description

A full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Grove, OK, working 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM with the Step-Down ICU team. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, evaluating patient responses, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires effective communication, adherence to safety standards, and supervision of care staff. Candidates must have a current RN license in Oklahoma, BLS certification, and the ability to perform physical tasks related to patient care. A sign-on bonus of $20,000 is offered for those who accept by 12/31/24. Enhanced benefits include front-loaded PTO and paid family leave.
