Intensive In-Home Therapist (IHBT)

Job Description

This full-time Therapist position offers an annual starting salary of $60,000 plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The role is part of the IHBT – Functional Family Therapy (FFT) team, providing in-home treatment for families with at-risk children or adolescents. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering family therapy and crisis management.
• Collaborating with family members and community stakeholders.
• Participating in team consultations and ongoing training.
• Conducting mental health assessments and therapy sessions.
