Title: Primary Care Physician

Location: Alabama Region – Openings in Birmingham, Mobile, Montgomery, Tuscaloosa, North Huntsville.

Role Description: Seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a supportive team environment. Focus on quality care over service volume, with opportunities for new graduates. Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patients
• Oversee primary care administration
• Prescribe medications
• Maintain electronic medical records
• Collaborate to meet health quality goals

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. Graduate
• Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine
• Active State and DEA licenses
