The Registered Nurse IV (RN IV) in the Electrophysiology department is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation. Key duties include patient education, quality initiatives, and team coordination while adhering to professional nursing standards. Candidates must hold a BSN (MSN preferred) and have at least 9,800 hours of RN experience, with three of the last five years in the specialty area.
