- Participating in treatment planning and conducting assessments.
- Facilitating group and family sessions, documenting progress, and modifying problem behaviors.
- Providing crisis intervention and planning aftercare for clients.
- Offering case management and educational workshops for clients and families.
- Maintaining clear documentation and liaising with referral sources and insurance carriers.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in social or health services, relevant counseling experience, and state licensure or certification are required. CPR and de-escalation certification are also necessary.
