Job Description

We are seeking Occupational Therapists (OT) for Skilled Nursing Facilities, offering flexible assignments to fit your schedule and a “choose the way you earn” model. Therapists will receive daily updates on facility needs and benefit from remote onboarding for a smooth transition. Responsibilities include providing evaluations, creating treatment plans, and delivering quality therapy for patients with various conditions.

• Hourly Pay: W2 $44-$48, 1099 $57-$61
• Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem options available
• Benefits include paid orientation, sick leave, insurance options, and referral bonuses
• Must have a current NYS OT License, BLS Certification, and EMR competence
