Job Summary:
The Nurse operates independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering treatments, documenting care, and educating patients and families. The role requires critical thinking, effective communication, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred, 1 year of experience, BLS certification, and RN license required.

Work Schedule:
Full-time, 3 days a week, 12-hour shifts.
