Job Summary: Seeking an RN Inpatient Case Manager to provide clinically-based case management, integrating utilization management, care coordination, and transition planning. The role involves managing a designated case load, enhancing patient outcomes, and ensuring efficient resource utilization in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

• Qualifications: RN with MSN and 5 years of case management experience or BSN with 10 years required; NM RN licensure; 2 years clinical experience; national certification preferred.
