> REF:#2eb5dfa812276a29Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process to help patients achieve optimal health, demonstrating leadership within a multidisciplinary team. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care interventions based on evidence-based practices, while also advocating for patients and families.
Essential Functions:
- Systematically assess and evaluate patient care, revising interventions as needed.
- Supervise LPNs and assistive healthcare providers, ensuring quality care delivery.
- Maintain professional competency through ongoing education and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively to improve care quality and manage resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of Med Surg or Sub Acute Rehab experience preferred.
- Associates Degree in Nursing and NYS Registered Nurse License required.
- Must maintain BLS and ACLS certifications.
Hours: Per Diem, Night Shift, 7:30pm 8:00am.
Salary: $38.16 – $47.70 base, plus per diem and night differentials.
