We are seeking a Full-Time Day RN Unit Supervisor for our Acute Units/Inpatient at a leading psychiatric hospital in Springfield, MO. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring adequate staffing, and providing leadership to nursing staff. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, documenting medical information, administering medications, and developing individualized care plans. Candidates should have a nursing degree, at least three years of nursing experience (preferably in behavioral health), and supervisory experience is a plus.
