We are seeking a Day Shift RN Case Manager for the York Region, offering a $10K sign-on bonus. This role focuses on providing compassionate, one-on-one care to hospice patients in their homes, with manageable caseloads of fewer than 18. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania and a nursing degree.
