Position: Staff Nurse – Urology
Shift: Day Shift – .8 FTE
Salary: $35.82 to $66.24 per hour

Job Summary: The RN Urology nurse coordinates and delivers patient care using the nursing process. Responsibilities include patient scheduling, education, medication management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role emphasizes critical thinking, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork.

• Essential Functions: Assist providers, educate patients, maintain clinical knowledge, and support team members.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred.
• Experience: Minimum one year in a clinic or acute care setting preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current WA State RN License and BLS required.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in EHR systems.
• Physical Demands: Active role requiring lifting and mobility.
