> REF:#2d6a15bb4680ae45Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-time
Qualifications: Masters Degree & BCBA certification; minimum 3 years of experience in ABA and discrete trials.
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000, based on experience. Includes generous PTO and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for students with autism and other disabilities.
- Supervise and train staff on behavior plans and IEP implementation.
- Conduct behavior assessments and ensure effective communication with parents and external providers.
- Facilitate team meetings and ensure consistent implementation of behavioral strategies.
- Monitor student safety and progress, providing feedback to staff.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-person work.
