Minimum Requirements:

• Current unencumbered license as a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse.
• One year of experience in senior care or related health programs.
• Proficient in English and computer skills, including EHR management.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the resident care team and services program.
• Manage resident health care and service plans.
• Oversee medication administration and communication with families and healthcare providers.
• Train staff in dementia care and ensure engaging activities for residents.
