Job Description

The Clinical Therapist role involves providing therapeutic interventions to patients in individual, group, and family settings, focusing on goal-directed treatment. Responsibilities include discharge planning, completing documentation like Psychosocial Assessments, and participating in multi-disciplinary treatment planning.

Education: Master’s in Counseling or Social Work required.

Experience: Previous experience with the identified population preferred.

Certifications: LCSW preferred; LCSW or LPC eligibility within 3 months required; BLS Certification required.
