Job Description

We are seeking Physical Therapists (PT) to provide home health services for pediatric patients with various disabilities. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans.
• Implementing interventions to enhance patient independence.
• Educating families on therapeutic activities.
• Documenting care in an electronic medical record system.
