Responsibilities:

• Communicate resident needs effectively
• Conduct assessments and supervise LPNs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Provide emotional support to residents and families
• Supervise and teach nursing assistants

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Current Iowa nursing license
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Strong attendance record
