An exciting opportunity exists for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in the Energy Corridor/West Houston Area, offering PRN home-based therapy services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans.
Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
Collaborate with various healthcare providers.
Complete 6-8 patient visits weekly, primarily between 3:30-6:30 PM.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and meet agency standards.
Requirements:
Active Texas Speech Language Pathology license.
Availability for afterschool visits.
Reliability and flexibility in resource management.
Proficiency in workplace technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years in pediatric Speech Language Pathology.
Home-health experience and certifications in feeding therapy.
Bilingual in English/Spanish.
