The LPN will support the RN/Healthcare Supervisor and Director of Nursing in ensuring health and safety for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Key responsibilities include:
Providing healthcare services and assisting with medical admissions.
Coordinating with primary physicians and participating in interdisciplinary evaluations.
Maintaining medical records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Administering medications and conducting assessments for self-medication.
Training staff on health care topics and participating in service planning meetings.
Supporting the cultural and religious preferences of program participants.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
