• Hourly Pay: W2 $34, 1099 $37
• Requirements: NJ PTA License, BLS Certification, EMR competence
• Responsibilities: Collaborate with PT Supervisor, provide therapy for various conditions, monitor patient progress
• Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, flexible shifts available
