We are seeking Full-time Physical Therapists for home care patients in Gloucester and Camden County. The role involves providing clinical services to patients with functional limitations, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring adherence to best practice standards.

Essential Duties:

  • Assess patients for rehab services.
  • Develop and educate patients and caregivers on care plans.
  • Complete required documentation.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Travel throughout the service area.

    • Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
  • Graduate of a Physical Therapist education program.
  • CPR certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience.
