The Clinical Staff Manager (CSM) is a leadership role within the Nursing team, responsible for supervising unit staff and managing overall unit operations. Key responsibilities include enhancing clinical practice, ensuring optimal patient care, and achieving performance goals related to staff development, quality, and compliance. The CSM engages in problem-solving for staff and patients, provides coaching, and fosters a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN); Master’s degree (MSN) preferred
  • Three years of experience, with clinical nursing leadership preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse License in Georgia
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required for specific areas
