Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

• Flexible hours with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required).
• Earn between $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment and potential increases based on location.
• Additional compensation available through a pay-per-test model for qualifying visits.
• Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and availability incentives.
• Responsibilities include medication and medical history reviews, and physical evaluations in members’ homes.
• Must have a Master’s degree and a state license; relocation to Spokane County, WA is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract. Pay: From $80.00 per hour. Expected hours: No less than 10 per week.
