Position: Part-time Clinical Pharmacist
Location: Community Hospital North, Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: 48 hours biweekly, variable shifts (8.5 hours between 0630 and 2230), every 4th weekend
Responsibilities:
Provide patient education and manage medical staff protocols.
Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds.
Handle order review, entry, IV admixture, and unit dose preparation.
Engage in code blue situations and demonstrate core clinical competencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy and Indiana Pharmacist License.
CPR/BLS certification.
Preferred: 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
Strong communication skills and dedication to patient care.
