Strong Village Veterinary Hospital is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join their team in Livonia, MI. This full-time position (30+ hours/week) requires veterinary medicine experience, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of vaccine schedules and common veterinary medications. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for greeting clients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling payments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a positive attitude and exceptional client service.
  • Managing multi-line phone systems and routing calls.
  • Documenting client interactions and managing medical records.
  • Providing advice on pet care products and services.
