We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. This full-time position offers a day shift and a $500 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care, administering medications, monitoring health status, developing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare team members. Candidates must have a valid RN license in Colorado, current CPR certification, and preferably experience in skilled nursing or long-term care. The role offers a pay range of $38.00 – $42.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Relocation to Colorado Springs is required.
