Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for Beaver Valley Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Ideal candidates are professional, patient, and motivated, with a commitment to valuing both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment programs.
• Evaluate patients’ home environments and functional status.
• Teach and re-train patients in daily activities lost due to illness or injury.
• Maintain clinical records and report changes in patient conditions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited PT program; new grads welcome.
• Current state licensure and a minimum of two years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills and strong critical thinking abilities.
• Must be a licensed driver with a reliable vehicle.
