Job Description

Reliatus Behavioral Health is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Gilbert, AZ, welcoming new Master’s graduates pending certification. The position offers a salary of $75,000 for pre-licensed BCBAs and $90,000 for experienced candidates, along with an amazing incentive plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor client progress and collaborate with families and professionals.
• Maintain documentation and engage in professional development.

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and excellent communication skills.
