Job Description

A nonprofit community health care organization seeks a Registered Nurse Alt Shift (RN Alt Shift) to provide patient and family-centered care. This role involves conducting assessments, triaging needs, and managing care plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The position is part-time (28 hours/week) with evening shifts, weekend and holiday rotations, and on-call duties. Candidates should have a current RN license, preferably one year of nursing experience, and strong communication skills. • Hours: .7 FTE (28 hours/week); 4:00pm-12:30am
• Weekend Rotation: Every Other Weekend
• Holiday Rotation: 2 Holidays/Year
• On Call Rotation: 1 NOC Shift/Month
• Bonus Eligibility: $10,000
