Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technician (CST) to ensure the smooth operation of our O.R. You will prepare instruments, maintain equipment, and assist with surgical procedures while adhering to sterilization protocols. Daily tasks include setting up autoclaves, inspecting the O.R. for cleanliness, and managing instrument trays. Candidates should have graduated from an accredited surgical program, possess knowledge of sterilization techniques, and ideally have 1+ year of experience in an operating room. A positive attitude and flexibility are essential for our collaborative culture.
