RN, Registered Nurse- Float Pool – Full Time *PREMIUM PAY*

Job Description

We are seeking a competent Nurse for Medsurg or Telemetry settings who can practice independently and provide both routine and complex care according to patient treatment plans. Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Administering medications and monitoring treatment effectiveness.
• Documenting patient care and educating patients and families.
• Planning and directing nursing care during assigned shifts.
• Ensuring patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, 2+ years of Medsurg and Telemetry experience, and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, RN License).
