Overview:

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive care for acutely ill patients, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to established standards and protocols.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.Licensure: Licensed in Illinois; CPR and ACLS certifications required.Skills: Strong communication, clinical knowledge, and proficiency in information systems.
Responsibilities:
Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.Implement interventions and evaluate patient progress.Document care accurately and timely.Collaborate with healthcare teams and advocate for patients.Adapt teaching strategies based on patient needs.Support patient experience initiatives.
