Warren Nursing & Rehab is seeking flexible and caring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their skilled nursing facility in Warren, OH. The ideal candidates will work collaboratively with the clinical team, specializing in cardiac and orthopedic rehabilitation, to provide emotional and physical support to residents in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform nursing functions within RN licensure scope
  • Administer medications and treatments per regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA policies
  • Interact cooperatively with residents, families, and staff

    • Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN license in Ohio
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care
