Position Summary: Provide direct rehab care in accordance with laws and standards. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program, licensed in the state, and preferably have one year of post-acute care experience.

Essential Functions:

• Follow treatment plans and modify goals as needed.
• Oversee care provided by PTAs and students.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships.
• Participate in community health projects and maintain confidentiality.
