Summary: The role involves providing physical therapy services, including patient evaluation, goal setting, program planning, and treatment per physician orders. Responsibilities include maintaining records, directing support staff, and ensuring compliance with departmental policies.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to administrative and departmental policies.
• Restore patients’ independence through professional care.
• Demonstrate clinical competencies in physical therapy.
• Engage in effective communication within departments.
• Maintain required documentation and improve service effectiveness.
• Ensure safety and maintenance of therapeutic equipment.

Requirements:

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and effective communication skills.
• Open to new graduates or those with any experience.
• Current Texas registration license and BCLS certification required.
