    • Responsibilities:

  • Communicate resident needs with healthcare teams
  • Complete assessments and supervise LPNs
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Provide emotional support to residents and families
  • Supervise and teach certified nursing assistants

    • Requirements:

  • Graduate of a state-approved nursing program
  • Current Iowa RN license
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Availability for weekends and holidays
  • Exceptional attendance
