Job Description

The Surgical Technologist plays a crucial role in providing technical expertise and patient care in the Operating Room (OR) at the Plymouth Orthopedic Surgery Center. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with no holiday or weekend shifts. A $3,500 sign-on bonus is available for new hires with a 12-month commitment. Key responsibilities include preparing the surgical suite, maintaining a sterile environment, assisting surgeons, and managing surgical instruments. Candidates should have a surgical technology program background, certification preferred, and ideally one year of OR experience. Compliance with policies and effective communication are essential.
