Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description

Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-time
Wage: $37.00 to $44.00/hr

Summary: The SLP provides direct speech therapy rehabilitation to patients referred by physicians, adhering to legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program.
• ASHA certification (CCCs) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Active state license in good standing.
• Preferred: 1 year experience in post-acute care.
• CPR certification required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in community health projects.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and support staff.
• Establish and modify patient goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Must demonstrate good judgment, communication skills, and physical capability to perform job duties.
