We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our on-call team in a community-based hospice and palliative care organization recently recognized as a top workplace in Massachusetts. The role involves triaging patient symptoms over the phone and making home visits as needed. Candidates should have strong assessment skills and experience in symptom management. Shifts are available from 1 am to 10 am on weekdays or 4 pm to 1 am on select days, with both full-time and per diem options. Full-time positions are eligible for a $5000 sign-on bonus.

    • Responsibilities:

  • Triage after-hours calls

    • Qualifications:

  • MA Registered Nurse license
  • 1 year of hospice/palliative experience or 2 years of oncology nursing preferred

  • Understanding of hospice philosophy
  • Willingness to visit patients at night if needed
