Job Description

Windsor Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 8 or 12-hour shifts. The LPN will supervise nursing care, comply with regulations, collaborate with healthcare team members, and uphold professional nursing standards.

Essential Functions:

• Supervises nursing care to residents
• Complies with state and Federal Regulations
• Works collaboratively with healthcare team
• Maintains professional nursing standards

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current state licensure
• Knowledge of nursing processes for geriatric and long-term care
