We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for a 26-bed behavioral health program (General Adult, Adolescents) and a comprehensive Outpatient Program in Minot, North Dakota.
Qualifications:
Active North Dakota RN licensure or compact RN license.
3+ years of leadership in inpatient or outpatient behavioral health programs.
Knowledge of State, CMS, and TJC accreditation standards.
Ability to operate under contract management arrangements.
Strong staff training and education skills.
Experience Areas:
Budgeting and financial management.
Referral development.
Compliance enforcement.
Resource establishment for program goals.
Personnel management.
