REGISTERED NURSE – MED SURG

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for Med Surg at Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI. The role involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, emphasizing evidence-based practice and quality improvement.

Hours: Night Shift; 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period).

Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin RN license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current BLS certification (or obtained within 90 days).
• Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required.
