Job Title: Full-Time Physical Therapist (Home Care) in Manhattan

Overview: Seeking motivated and passionate Physical Therapists to provide in-home outpatient services for adult and geriatric populations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required
• 1 year of experience with older adults preferred
• Home care experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assess home environments for safety
• Conduct fall risk assessments
• Address physical impairments affecting function
• Train on ambulatory aids and adaptive equipment
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies and home exercise programs
