Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides high-quality direct care to tenants in daily living activities under the supervision of licensed nurses. Responsibilities include applying basic nursing and personal care skills while addressing the mental and social needs of tenants, particularly those with cognitive impairments. The CNA is part of an interdisciplinary team focused on promoting tenant independence and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Current certification on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
