Job Description

We are a Group Home Care Facility with locations in Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove, and Brooklyn Center, seeking RN’s and LPN’s for full-time and part-time positions. Shifts include 8-hour (7am, 3pm, 11pm) and 12-hour (7am, 7pm) options.

• Responsibilities include providing daily care, administering medications, monitoring patient symptoms, and maintaining medical records.
• Candidates should have nursing experience, familiarity with medical software, and strong problem-solving skills.
• We offer competitive pay ($33.50 – $38.00 per hour), medical benefits, 401(k) with matching, paid training, and flexible scheduling.
• Preferred qualifications include an Associate degree and BLS certification; RN license is required.
